COVID 19 Update from Master Water Conditioning


To Our Valued Customers and Partners:


First and foremost, the Master Water Conditioning team thanks you for your business and wishes you, your families and colleagues a happy and safe holiday season.   Together we continue to make a difference one day at a time.  It’s an honor to partner with you.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority, so we continually monitor and then implement guidelines as updated by the CDC and all States that we market in.

As you know, we’re currently entering a new phase of COVID-19 guidance, which prompted this communication.

The only modification to our current COVID-19 Plan is to temporarily limit our in-person customer outreach.  Our Sales and Technical Support team is available for application and troubleshooting assistance onsite, as well as continuing to visit your staff at branch locations.  However, we will not be participating in any gatherings and/or events.  Each Sales and Technical Support team member will be reaching out to discuss your corporate COVID-19 plan and how we can best serve you and your team.  We’re here to help!

Our facility remains open and running on all cylinders!  Our staff is on site and continues to serve you, so keep those orders coming and let us know how we can help!
