Our facility will be undergoing a full inventory count beginning Tuesday, March 28th through Thursday, March 30th. As a result, our production team will not be assembling or shipping out orders during this time.
Our Customer Service and Technical Service teams are still available to take your calls, but please be aware there will be a slight delay in our lead times.
Orders Picked Up At Master Water
All completed pick-up orders will be invoiced on Monday March 27th even if they are not picked up. If your order is complete, we ask that you pick it up on or prior to Monday March 27th by 3pm. Pick-ups will not be available March 28-30th.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this internal necessity.
